基于随机需求研判的医疗器械供应链批量决策研究

摘　　要：为应对医疗器械市场随机需求给相关供应链带来的批量决策问题,针对两级供应链上游和下游分别采取基准库存策略和随机(R,Q)策略,构建了使两级供应链总成本最小且基于随机需求服从正态分布假设的两级供应链批量决策模型。结合上市公司万东医疗32个季度的营收数据,借助主营收入占比系数对其相关数据进行处理分析并研判其概率分布,在此基础上,针对其两级供应链相关成本模型进行了优化及计算分析。从万东医疗主营产品随机需求服从正态分布的研判来看,对医疗器械企业产品随机需求分布假设为正态分布,有其现实的合理性。主营产品营收占比系数与批量同向增加且增幅比率相似,相对应的最优总成本也同向增加。当主营占比系数较小时,主营占比系数增幅比率小于最优成本增幅比率;反之,则主营占比系数增幅比率大于最优成本增幅比率。In order to cope with the inventory batch decision problem brought by the fluctuation of medical device market demand to the related supply chain,the batch decision model of two-level supply chain for medical devices is constructed by adopting the baseline inventory strategy and stochastic(R,Q)strategy for the upstream and downstream of the two-level supply chain,respectively,and the related arithmetic analysis is carried out by taking the listed company Wandong Medical as an example.The study shows that when the revenue share of the main products of medical device enterprises increases,the related total cost will increase;and that when the demand ratio coefficient increases,the related total cost will also increase.It can be seen that the relevant medical device enterprises can appropriately reduce the proportion of main products or adjust the relevant demand ratio coefficients to achieve the purpose of reducing or optimizing costs.
