摘 要:为了研究生活垃圾等替代燃料在斗式提升机内的运动特性,探究常规斗式提升机的设计是否适合生活垃圾的输送,本文以斗式提升机为例,利用DEM离散元分析软件对生活垃圾的运动轨迹进行模拟仿真,同时对其运动轨迹进行分析,为优化适用于生活垃圾的斗式提升机结构提出理论性依据。结果表明:当提升机处于稳定进料阶段,回料量与时间基本呈线性关系,回料量随着头轮转速的增大而增大,料斗填充率随着转速的增大而降低;适当降低头轮转速可以得到更小的卸料点,更有利于料斗卸料,减少回料。In order to study the motion characteristics of alternative fuels such as domestic waste in the bucket elevator and explore whether the design of the conventional bucket elevator is suitable for the transportation of domestic waste,this paper takes the bucket elevator as an example,and uses the DEM discrete element analysis software to simulate the movement trajectory of domestic waste,and analyzes its movement trajectory,so as to put forward a theoretical basis for optimizing the structure of the bucket elevator suitable for domestic waste.The results show that when the elevator is in the stable feeding stage,the weight of the recycled material is basically linearly related to the time,which increases with the increase of the speed of the head wheel,and the filling rate of the hopper decreases with the increase of the speed.Appropriately reducing the speed of the head wheel can get a smaller discharge point,which is more conducive to hopper discharge and reduces returned material.
