摘  要:基于LabVIEW平台设计一种新拌混凝土工作性智能测控系统,以提升测量精度和效率。通过修正剪切应力计算公式,结合小波消噪和神经网络技术进行信号处理,确保数据准确可靠。采用遗传算法优化RBF神经网络对传感器静态特性进行补偿,提升数据分析精度。设计多通道通信平台,实现数据共享和远程监控。通过单速度新拌混凝土工作性检测试验,可以有效观测新拌混凝土的工作性,验证该测控系统工作的可靠性。该系统通过智能算法,适应了复杂的作业环境,提高了测量精度,提升了施工质量和效率。该系统具有良好的扩展性和移植性,适用于不同规模和复杂环境的混凝土工程项目,有助于推动新拌混凝土工作性测控技术的发展。An intelligent measurement and control system for workability of fresh concrete is designed based on the LabVIEW platform to improve the accuracy and efficiency of measurement.By correcting the shear stress calculation formula,and combining the wavelet denoising and neural network technology for signal processing,the accuracy and reliability of the data are ensured.The RBF neural network optimized by genetic algorithm is used to compensate the static characteristics of the sensor to improve the accuracy of data analysis.A multi-channel communication platform is designed to achieve data sharing and remote monitoring.Through the single-speed fresh concrete workability testing,the workability of fresh concrete can be effectively observed,which verifies the reliability of this measurement and control system.Through intelligent algorithms,this system adapts to complex operating environments,improves measurement accuracy and enhances construction quality and efficiency.With good scalability and portability,this system is applicable to concrete engineering projects of different scales and complex environments,which helps to promote the development of workability measurement and control technology for fresh concrete.
