摘 要:|为提高集成液压阀的液流效率,简化液压系统设计,以某托举机构的集成液压阀为例,进行流道结构优化设计。结合增材制造技术,根据液压阀的工作原理及相关功能对复杂液压流道进行拆分,利用三维建模软件Pro/E对各分流道进行参数化建模,同时协同Ansys Workbench软件对各分流道进行响应曲面参数化优化设计,获得压力损失最小的各分流道的参数化模型,再利用三维建模软件对各优化的分流道参数化模型进行整合,最终获得了满足性能要求、压力损失最小的最优参数化液压流道模型。To improve the fluid flow efficiency of the integrated hydraulic valve and simplify the design of the hydraulic system,the integrated hydraulic valve of a lifting mechanism is taken as an example to carry out optimization design of the flow passage structure.Combined with additive manufacturing technology,the complex hydraulic flow passages are split according to the working principle and related functions of the hydraulic valve,parametric modelling of each flow passage is carried out by using the three-dimensional modelling software Pro/E,and in conjunction with software Ansys Workbench,the response surface parametric optimization design is carried out for each flow passage to obtain the parametric models of each flow passage with the minimum pressure loss.Then,the optimized parametric models of each flow passage are integrated by using the three-dimensional modelling software,and finally,an optimal parametric model of hydraulic flow passages that meets the performance requirements and minimizes the pressure loss is obtained.
