摘 要:为了保证塔式起重机标准节安装后的装配精度,需要对标准节主弦杆的焊后尺寸进行控制。采用CATIA构建三维模型,运用Hyper mesh进行网格划分,采用Simufact Welding软件对标准节主弦杆的焊接过程进行仿真。选取合适的热源模型并设置相应参数,模拟4种不同的焊接顺序,得到对应的焊后变形的分布情况,最大变形区域在连接套,最大变形量为1.31 mm。结果表明,合理选取焊接顺序,可以有效降低焊接变形,从而改善焊接质量。To ensure the assembly accuracy of the standard section of the tower crane after installation,it is necessary to control the post-welding dimensions of the main chord of the standard section.CATIA is used to construct a three-dimensional model,Hyper mesh is used for meshing,and software Simufact Welding is used to simulate the welding process of the main chord of the standard section.An appropriate heat source model is selected,and corresponding parameters are set,to simulate four different welding sequences to obtain the corresponding distribution of the post-welding deformation.The area with the largest deformation is in the connecting sleeve,with a maximum deformation of 1.31 mm.The results show that a reasonable selection of the welding sequence can effective reduce welding deformation,thereby improving the welding quality.
