摘  要:转炉炼钢一次干法除尘技术具有占地面积小,用水量小,高效回收煤气,节能减排等工艺优点。蒸发冷却器是整个干法系统的核心,能降低烟气温度,分离粗颗粒粉尘。根据现场反馈,针对蒸发冷却器运行过程中常见的几种故障现象,分析产生原因,通过对设备核心影响因素的精确计算和设计优化,提高设备运行效果,确保炼钢生产的安全稳定运行。The one-time dry dedusting technology for converter steelmaking has process advantages such as small footprint,low water consumption,efficient gas recovery,energy saving and emission reduction.The evaporative cooler is the core of the entire dry system,which can reduce the fume temperature and separate the coarse dust particles.According to the feedback from the site,for several common fault phenomena in the operation of the evaporative cooler,the causes are analyzed,and through accurate calculation and design optimization of the core influencing factors of the equipment,the operating effect of the equipment is improved to ensure the safe and stable operation of steelmaking production.
