摘 要:以北京市商务中心区某深基坑项目为例,由于复杂的水文地质条件影响和超深基坑再加深的复杂工况,抗拔桩施工受到地下承压水、不良土质以及狭小场地影响,面临很大的挑战。为减少施工风险和降低成本,通过理论计算,提出一种创新的解决方案——将邻近地下连续墙附近的一排抗拔桩取消,让地下连续墙承担这部分竖向上拔荷载。通过现场试验,试验地下连续墙的抗拔承载力完全满足承载力需求,验证了理论计算的结果是有效的。通过这种方法,减少不良土质施工区域内的抗拔桩数量,为类似的施工项目提供了借鉴,为地下连续墙与抗拔桩的协同工作研究提供了方向。A deep foundation pit project in the Beijing Central Business District is used to address the challenges posed by complex hydrogeological conditions and the intricate requirements of ultra-deep foundation pit deepening.The construction of uplift piles face significant difficulties due to underground confined water,poor soil quality,and limited site space.To mitigate construction risks and reduce costs,an innovative solution is developed based on theoretical calculations:eliminating a row of uplift piles adjacent to the diaphragm wall and allowing the diaphragm wall to bear the corresponding vertical uplift load.Field tests confirmed that the uplift bearing capacity of the diaphragm wall fully meets the design requirements,validating the theoretical calculations.This approach reduces the number of uplift piles in areas with poor soil quality,provides practical references for similar construction projects,and advances research on the collaborative performance of diaphragm walls and uplift piles.
