摘 要:地下车站现浇混凝土内衬墙的裂缝与渗漏防治一直是地下工程领域的难治问题,而对内衬墙混凝土振捣质量的过程控制则决定了地下车站结构的整体质量。结合附着式振捣器与控制装置,形成了内衬墙附着式振捣智能控制施工技术,在项目现场实际应用后,表观气泡率相较于常规振捣技术降低88.4%~94%,通过超声波检测设备及混凝土断层扫描仪检测,内衬墙的混凝土内部密实度提升约41%,对提升地下车站结构施工质量具有应用意义。The prevention and control of cracks and leaks in cast-in-place concrete lining walls of underground stations have always been a challenging issue in underground engineering.The process control of concrete vibration quality for lining walls determines the overall quality of the underground station structure.By combining attached vibrators with control devices,a smart control construction technique for attached vibration of lining walls is formed.After practical application at the project site,the apparent bubble rate is reduced by 88.4%-94%compared to conventional vibration techniques.Through detection with ultrasonic equipment and concrete tomography scanners,the internal density of the lining wall concrete is improved by about 41%,which is of practical significance for improving the construction quality of underground station structures.
