摘 要:针对中法大学大屋面悬索跨度大、内力大、索网采用双索结构体系且索网体系下的场地条件不允许机械同步施工等技术难题,创新采用了双索索夹上增加简易支撑构造稳定双索形成结构整体,从而避免了双索在施工时发生扭转导致倾覆等安全问题。通过双索增加支撑施工模拟计算分析、支撑节点构造分析、支撑过程循环利用等研究,总结出了中法大学大屋面双索防偏扭抗倾覆施工的关键技术,为该项目的降本增效、顺利施工奠定了基础,也为国内同类工程提供技术参考。Addressing the technical challenges of the large roof suspension cable at Sino-French University,which features a large span,significant internal forces,and a double cable structural system,where site conditions under the cable network do not permit simultaneous mechanical construction,an innovative approach is adopted.Simple support structures are added to the double cable clamps to stabilize the double cables and form a structural whole,thus preventing safety issues such as overturning caused by torsion during construction.Through research on the simulation calculation of construction with added support for double cables,structural analysis of support nodes,and cyclic utilization of the support process,the key construction techniques for anti-torsion and anti-overturning of the large roof double cables at Sino-French University are summarized.It lays the foundation for cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the project and provides technical references for similar domestic projects.
