摘 要:微生物自修复技术的提出为混凝土裂缝修复带来了新的可能性,然而现有的研究主要集中于微生物自修复材料的修复效果研究,而很少考虑到自身对混凝土抗裂性的影响。因此,通过分别或共同掺加微生物自修复材料的不同组分,进而研究微生物自修复材料自身对混凝土抗裂性能的影响。研究表明:微生物自修复材料可以延缓混凝土的开裂时间,其中添加微生物自修复材料组分a组、添加微生物自修复材料组分b组、同时添加微生物自修复材料组分a和组分b组相较未添加微生物空白组试样的初始开裂时间(90 min)分别延缓了38.9%、11.1%和66.7%;在混凝土总开裂面积与裂缝数量方面,未添加微生物自修复材料空白组试样的单位面积总开裂面积是1 053 mm2/m2,添加微生物自修复材料组分a组、组分b组以及同时添加组分a和组分b组分别增加了38.7%、29.6%和48.6%;而与未添加微生物空白组试样相比,裂缝数量(59.4条/m2)分别增加了45.6%、17.5%和24.6%。Microbial self-healing technology introduces new possibilities for the repair of concrete cracks.However,existing studies primarily focus on the repair effectiveness of microbial self-healing materials,with little consideration given to their influence on the crack resistance of concrete.Therefore,the impact of microbial self-healing materials on concrete's crack resistance is investigated by separately or jointly adding different components of these materials.The results show that microbial self-healing materials delay the cracking time of concrete.The initial cracking time(90 min)of samples with microbial self-healing material component a,component b,and both components a and b is delayed by 38.9%,11.1%,and 66.7%,respectively,compared to the blank group without microbial self-healing materials.In terms of total cracking area and crack number in concrete,the total cracking area per unit area of the blank group(without microbial self-healing materials)is 1053 mm2/m2,while the total cracking areas per unit area increase by 38.7%,29.6%,and 48.6%for groups with component a,component b,and both components a and b,respectively.Additionally,the crack number(59.4 cracks/m2)increases by 45.6%,17.5%,and 24.6%,respectively,compared to the blank group.
