摘  要:随着全球气候变化和环境恶化问题日益严重,绿色低碳技术在建筑领域的应用成为实现可持续发展的关键途径。装配式住宅作为一种新兴的建筑模式,具有施工快速、质量可控、环境影响小等优势。针对绿色低碳技术在装配式住宅中的应用进行了深入研究,探讨雨水收集与再利用系统、节水器具与设备、太阳能光伏系统以及太阳能热水系统的集成设计。通过采用先进的设计理念和技术手段,实现了装配式住宅的节能降耗,推动了建筑行业的绿色转型,为促进环境保护和响应国际减排目标提供了有力支持。With the increasing severity of global climate change and environmental degradation,the application of green and low-carbon technology in the construction sector has become a key pathway to achieving sustainable development.Prefabricated housing,as an emerging construction model,offers advantages such as rapid construction,quality control,and minimal environmental impact.In-depth research is conducted on the application of green and low-carbon technology in prefabricated housing,exploring the integrated design of rainwater collection and reuse systems,water-saving fixtures and equipment,solar photovoltaic systems,and solar water heating systems.By adopting advanced design concepts and technical means,energy-saving and consumption reduction in prefabricated housing are achieved,promoting the green transformation of the construction industry and providing strong support for environmental protection and international emission reduction goals.
