摘 要:我国冷冻空调设备碳排放评价、认证认可技术方面的研究基础较薄弱,为了给研究冷冻空调设备生命周期碳排放评价方法提供思路,本文对国内外碳排放计算及评价的相关标准和文献进行了详细综述和分析。结果表明,对于冷冻空调设备,国内外缺失碳排放核算的技术标准,需针对冷冻空调设备的特点,制定其生命周期的碳排放计算方法;不同产品的生命周期各阶段碳排放核算方法具有一定的相似性,但又具有一定的差异性,需根据数据的可获得性和方法的可操作性来确定;建立通用的生命周期碳排放评价方法是必要的,随着新材料新技术应用,以及产品能效提升和地区能效差异,技术评价方法需具有包容性和开放性。研究结果可为我国制定冷冻空调设备的碳排放计算方法提供参考。The research foundation for carbon emission evaluation,certification and accreditation technology of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment in China is relatively weak.In order to provide ideas for the study of life cycle carbon emission evaluation methods for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment,this article provides a detailed review and analysis of relevant standards and literature on carbon emission accounting and evaluation at home and abroad.The results show that for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment,there is a lack of technical standards for carbon emission accounting at home and abroad,and it is necessary to develop a life cycle carbon emission accounting method based on the characteristics of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment;the calculation methods for carbon emissions at different stages of the lifecycle of different products have certain similarities and differences,mainly determined by the availability of data and the operability of the methods;it is necessary to establish a universal lifecycle carbon emission assessment method.With the application of new materials and technologies,the improvement of product energy efficiency,and regional energy efficiency differences,the technical assessment method should have a certain degree of inclusiveness and openness.The research results can provide reference for China to formulate carbon emission accounting methods for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
