封闭式涡旋压缩机噪声特性仿真与声源定位研究

摘  要:针对封闭式压缩机内部结构复杂、零部件较多,难以实现对共振部件的精准定位与识别,限制了涡旋压缩机振动与噪声性能的高效优化与控制等问题,为了实现对压缩机噪声源的快速识别,提出了涡旋压缩机声振耦合仿真分析方法。通过有限元仿真技术模拟压缩机转子系统工作过程,获得上、下支撑反力。将其加载于壳体内部,计算得到壳体表面振动特性。采用LMS.Virtual.Lab软件进行声学仿真,明确压缩机壳体表面辐射的噪声特性,再通过试验测试得到压缩机噪声频谱。结果表明,压缩机实测噪声频谱与仿真结果吻合较好,压缩机声压级为75.2 dB(A),与仿真结果误差仅约2.4 dB(A);824 Hz与1940 Hz为压缩机主要噪声源,分别对应动涡旋和定子壳部件;声源识别系统测试得到的压缩机主要声源位置也与仿真结果相一致。研究结果可为封闭式涡旋压缩机噪声源定位与优化提供理论依据及技术参考。In response to the complex internal structure and numerous components of enclosed compressors,the precise positioning and identification of resonant components are extremely difficult,which limits the efficient control of vibration and noise performance of vortex compressors.In order to rapid identify the noise sources of compressor,a acoustic and vibration coupling simulation analysis method for vortex compressor is proposed in this paper.The finite element simulation technology is employed to simulate the working process of the compressor rotor system,then the upper and lower support reaction forces are obtained.Add the forces inside the shell to calculate the surface vibration characteristics of the shell.Then LMS.Virtual.Lab software is used for acoustic simulation to clarify the noise characteristics radiated from the shell,while the experiment is also carried out to obtain the compressor noise spectrum.The results show that the measured noise spectrum is in good agreement with the simulation results.And the sound pressure level of compressor is 75.2 dB(A)with an error of about 2.4 dB(A)compared to simulation results.824 Hz and 1940 Hz are the main noise sources of the compressor,corresponding to the moving vortex and stator shell components,respectively.Combined with the sound source recognition system,it can also be seen that the main sound source position of the compressor is also consistent with the simulation results.The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the localization and optimization of noise sources in enclosed scroll compressors.
