摘　　要：针对目前我国不动产登记市场存在的数据整合能力弱、登记效率低等问题,本文从地籍与房产数据的基本特点出发,针对不动产登记测绘中的地籍与房产数据整合的流程及相关技术应用加以剖析,并以信息技术为基础构建地籍与房产数据整合体系。通过研究发现,将信息技术应用于地籍与房产数据整合中能够起到较好应用效果,通过设计数据库、优化现有管理模式等方式能够确保地籍数据和房产数据的应用质量及规范性,为后续使用提供更好的保障。This paper addresses the current issues in China’s real estate registration market,such as weak data integration capabilities and low registration efficiency.Starting from the basic characteristics of cadastral and real estate data,the paper analyzes the process and related technological applications for integrating these data in real estate registration surveying.It constructs an integration system for cadastral and real estate data based on information technology.The study finds that the application of information technology in data integration yields good results.Designing databases and optimizing existing management models can ensure the quality and standardization of cadastral and real estate data applications,providing better guarantees for subsequent use.
