摘  要:热电厂蒸汽管道长期在高温高压下运行会发生焊缝缺陷导致的泄漏,这给热电厂的生产安全带来了极大的隐患。因此,保障热电厂蒸汽管道的焊缝质量尤为重要。本文以扬子石化热电厂老机组关停后系统隔断及优化整合项目,主蒸汽管道改造投运后旁路管在运行过程中产生裂纹,最终导致泄漏为例,对管道泄漏情况进行了阐述,分析了管道焊缝产生裂纹的原因,对指导后续整改工作和其他同类管道改造施工提供了有效的参考意见。Steam pipelines in thermal power plants,operating under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions for extended periods,are prone to leakage caused by weld defects,posing significant safety hazards to plant operations.Ensuring the quality of welds in steam pipelines is therefore crucial.This paper takes the case of the Yangzi Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant,where a main steam pipeline was renovated and subsequently experienced cracking in the bypass pipe during operation,leading to leakage.The paper describes the leakage situation,analyzes the causes of crack formation in the pipeline welds,and provides effective reference suggestions for subsequent rectification work and similar pipeline renovation projects.
