摘 要:机械设计制造及其自动化领域的节能设计已成为全球能源危机和环境问题日益严峻的研究热点。文章对机械设计制造过程中的能源消耗问题进行了全面的分析,对理论基础和节能设计的实际应用进行了深入的探讨,提出了包括机械结构优化、材料选用改进和先进控制技术应用等几个行之有效的节能设计策略。研究结果显示,通过节能设计不仅可以降低能耗还可以提升效率。Energy-efficient design in the field of mechanical design,manufacturing,and automation has become a research hotspot due to the increasingly severe global energy crisis and environmental issues.This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of energy consumption during the mechanical design and manufacturing process and an in-depth exploration of the theoretical foundations and practical applications of energy-efficient design.Several effective energy-saving design strategies are proposed,including mechanical structure optimization,improved material selection,and the application of advanced control technologies.The research findings indicate that energy-efficient design can not only reduce energy consumption but also improve efficiency.
