摘　　要：本文首先讨论了计算机化考试系统的重要性,以及在其应用中可能出现的问题,包括技术故障、作弊和不合理的考试内容。为了解决这些问题,提出了一系列解决方案,包括定期维护和更新硬件和软件、采用强化的身份验证措施、使用监控技术、随机生成题目和定期更新题库,以及重视利益相关者的反馈。最后强调,改进计算机化考试系统管理对确保考试的公平性、可信度和有效性至关重要,有助于提高教育和职业认证的质量,从而提升社会的素质和竞争力。This paper first discusses the significance of computerized examination systems and the potential issues that may arise during their application,including technical malfunctions,cheating,and unreasonable examination content.To address these issues,a series of solutions are proposed,such as regular maintenance and updates of hardware and software,enhanced authentication measures,the use of monitoring technologies,random question generation,and regular updates of the question bank,as well as the importance of valuing stakeholder feedback.The paper ultimately emphasizes that improving the management of computerized examination systems is crucial for ensuring the fairness,credibility,and validity of examinations,which in turn helps to enhance the quality of education and professional certification,thereby improving the overall quality and competitiveness of society.
