摘　　要：随着数字化转型的推进,档案信息化管理成为新能源电力企业提升管理效率的重要环节。本文通过分析新能源电力企业档案信息化管理的重要性,识别当前存在的问题,并结合实际提出了电子文件管理、人工智能技术引入、数字档案馆建设等策略。研究表明,档案信息化建设不仅能够提高数据管理效率,还能助力企业优化资源配置,为实现可持续发展提供坚实保障。With the advancement of digital transformation,information management of archives has become an essential component for new energy power enterprises to enhance management efficiency.This paper analyzes the significance of information management of archives in new energy power enterprises,identifies existing issues,and proposes strategies such as electronic document management,the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies,and the construction of digital archives.The study demonstrates that information construction of archives not only improves data management efficiency but also helps enterprises optimize resource allocation,providing a solid foundation for sustainable development.
