摘 要:本文针对石油石化行业非常规作业面临的高风险环境及作业管理难题,通过文献综述与实践调研,明确了非常规作业的主要风险点,提出了利用物联网、人工智能、热成像等新兴技术实现作业许可的快速审批、作业过程的实时监控与风险预警,以及违章行为的智能识别与纠正,本研究显著提高了风险辨识的准确性和管理效率,降低了作业过程中的安全事故率。This paper addresses the high-risk environment and management challenges of non-routine operations in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.Through literature review and practical research,the main risk points of non-routine operations are identified.The study proposes the use of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),artificial intelligence(AI),and thermal imaging to achieve rapid approval of work permits,real-time monitoring and risk early warning during operations,and intelligent identification and correction of violations.The research significantly improves the accuracy of risk identification and management efficiency,thereby reducing the accident rate during operations.
