摘　　要：养护项目类别繁多、涉及工艺复杂,不同标准水平的定额差异较大,养护工程预算编制中计价依据采用、定额选择与调整、工程量摘取及换算等问题时有发生,影响了编制质量。本文在此背景下,结合工作实际对编制公路养护工程预算过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出在充分研究有关政策法规、技术设计方案、施工工艺及养护工程的自身特点等基础上,分析清楚定额选择、适用范围及工程量计算规则的解决措施,保证编制成果的合理性。Maintenance projects are diverse and involve complex processes,with significant differences in quotas across various standard levels.Issues such as the selection and adjustment of pricing basis,quotas,and the extraction and conversion of engineering quantities frequently occur in the budget preparation for maintenance engineering,affecting the quality of preparation.Against this backdrop,and in combination with practical work,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the budget preparation process for highway maintenance engineering.It proposes solutions based on a thorough study of relevant policies,technical design schemes,construction processes,and the unique characteristics of maintenance engineering.The aim is to clarify the selection of quotas,their scope of application,and the rules for calculating engineering quantities,ensuring the rationality of the preparation outcomes.
