摘　　要：由于建筑工程施工具有较大的复杂性,针对其开展工程造价管理工作,要强化动态化成本管控方法的应用,针对建筑工程的各个建设阶段进行经济成本支出的控制,确保整体经济成本投入的合理性,实现企业经济效益的最大化。本文以动态化成本控制的基本含义为出发点,对采用动态化成本控制方法开展建筑工程造价管理工作进行简要分析。Due to the complexity of construction,for the project cost management,to strengthen the application of dynamic cost control method,in view of the construction stages of economic cost control,ensure the rationality of the overall economic cost input,realize the maximization of enterprise economic benefit.
