摘　　要：屋面渗漏是房屋建筑中普遍存在的问题,不仅对建筑的整体结构造成不利影响,还降低建筑的使用寿命。为此,建设单位应关注屋面防水工程质量管理,保证建筑屋面的防水性能和质量。本文从建筑屋位面防水工程质量问题出发,探讨建筑屋面防水工程质量管理改进与控制措施,以期为建筑屋面质量提供有力保障。Roof leakage is a common problem in building construction,which not only adversely affects the overall structure of the building but also reduces its service life.Therefore,construction units should focus on the quality management of roof waterproofing engineering to ensure the waterproof performance and quality of building roofs.This paper starts from the quality issues of roof waterproofing engineering in buildings and explores the improvement and control measures for quality management of roof waterproofing engineering,aiming to provide strong guarantees for the quality of building roofs.
