摘　　要：工程造价控制与管理是施工阶段的重要组成部分,直接关系到工程的质量。本文以天府中药城孵化园二期项目为案例,探讨建设工程施工招标阶段的造价控制与管理方法。通过分析招标文件和工程清单的编制与审核流程,研究了招投标过程中成本管理策略、合理低价中标与造价控制的平衡及项目实施中的全过程造价管理。科学合理的造价管理对项目整体成本控制具有重要意义,为今后类似工程的造价控制提供参考。Cost control and management during the construction phase are integral components of construction project management,directly impacting the quality of the project.This paper takes the second phase of the Tianfu Traditional Chinese Medicine City Incubation Park project as a case study to explore cost control and management methods in the bidding and implementation stages of construction projects.By analyzing the preparation and review process of bidding documents and project lists,the paper investigates cost management strategies during the bidding process,the balance between reasonable low bids and cost control,and the full-process cost management during project implementation.Scientific and rational cost management is of great significance for overall project cost control,providing a reference for the cost control of similar future projects.
