摘 要:本文旨在全面解析高层建筑外墙保温施工技术的要点,以深入理解并掌握其在实际工程中的应用。文章首先阐述了外墙保温施工技术的特点及优势,明确了其在提高建筑能效、延长建筑使用寿命等方面的重要作用。随后,文章详细分类介绍了外墙保温技术,包括自保温和复合墙、聚苯板外墙保温技术、外挂保温和外墙外保温等,并对固定件安装技术、网格布压入技术及墙体孔洞修补技术等关键细节进行了深入探讨。掌握并合理运用外墙保温施工技术要点,对于提升高层建筑能效、保障建筑安全具有重要意义。This paper aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the key points in exterior wall insulation construction technology for high-rise buildings,to gain an in-depth understanding and mastery of its application in practical engineering.The article first elaborates on the characteristics and advantages of exterior wall insulation construction technology,clarifying its significant role in improving building energy efficiency and extending the service life of buildings.Subsequently,the paper categorizes and introduces exterior wall insulation technologies,including self-insulating and composite walls,expanded polystyrene(EPS)board exterior wall insulation technology,external hanging insulation,and external wall insulation,and delves into key details such as fastener installation technology,mesh pressing technology,and wall hole repair techniques.Mastering and reasonably applying the key points of exterior wall insulation construction technology is of great significance for enhancing the energy efficiency of high-rise buildings and ensuring construction safety.
