摘 要:为了提高再生剂在废旧沥青中的渗透能力,本文通过将芳烃类油分和渗透剂进行混合制备出具有渗透性的复合再生剂,研究了芳烃类油分和渗透剂掺量对再生剂物理性能和渗透性能的影响。研究结果表明,芳烃类油分能够降低再生剂的60℃的黏度和闪点,而且随着芳烃类油分掺量增加,这种影响更为明显。在满足沥青再生剂技术规范的条件下,芳烃类油分最佳掺和比例200%;渗透剂的加入能够提高再生剂在废旧沥青中的渗透能力,显著改善再生剂对废旧沥青性能恢复能力。In order to improve the permeability of regenerant in waste asphalt,a permeable composite regenerant was prepared by mixing aromatic oil and permeant.The effects of aromatic oil and permeant content on the physical properties and permeability of regenerant were studied.The results show that aromatic oil content can reduce the 60℃viscosity and flash point of regenerant,and this effect is more obvious with the increase of aromatic oil content.Under the condition of meeting the technical specification of asphalt regenerant,the optimal blending ratio of aromatic oil is 200%.The addition of penetrant can increase the permeability of regenerant in waste asphalt,and significantly improve the recovery ability of regenerant to waste asphalt.
