摘  要:针对某轴流风机内部流场不稳定、压力损失较大等问题,对风机内部的喇叭口、整流罩、叶轮、导叶、扩压器的几何尺寸参数进行优化研究。选择进风喇叭口倒圆直径、整流罩长度、叶轮与导叶距离、扩压器轴向长度、末端球面直径等作为正交试验因素,以全压效率为试验评价指标,研究进风喇叭口、整流罩、叶轮、导叶、扩压器等共同作用对风机气动性能的影响;根据正交试验表进行试验方案设计,并计算轴流风机气动性能数值;根据以上试验,得到几何参数对风机全压效率的主次影响顺序,确定轴流风机最优尺寸参数组合。研究结果表明:相对于原风机,优化后的对旋轴流风机在流量点30、35、40 m^(3)/s时,全压分别提高381、290、142 Pa;全压效率分别提升6.41%、5.25%、2.31%。In view of the problems such as unstable internal flow field and large pressure loss in an axial flow fan,this paper studies the optimization of geometric parameters of bell mouth,fairing,impeller,guide vane and diffuser inside the fan.This paper selects the rounded diameter of inlet bell mouth,length of the fairing,distance between impeller and guide vane,axial length of diffuser and spherical diameter at the end as orthogonal test factors,and uses the total pressure efficiency as the test evaluation index to study the influence of joint action of inlet bell mouth,fairing,impeller,guide vane and diffuser on aerodynamic performance of the fan;designs the test scheme according to the orthogonal test table,and calculates the aerodynamic performance values of the axial flow fan;obtains the primary and secondary influence sequence of geometric parameters on fan efficiency according to the above tests,and determines the optimal size parameter combination of the axial flow fan.The research results indicate that compared with the prototype fan,the total pressure of the optimized counter-rotating axial flow fan is increased by 381,290 and 142 Pa respectively at the flow rate points of 30,35 and 40 m^(3)/s,and the efficiency is increased by 6.41%,5.25%and 2.31%respectively.
