摘 要:铁路线路在工具轨铺设完成后,需要进行无缝线路换铺施工。在传统施工方法中,换出的旧轨经过拆解、人工拨轨入槽、上扣件,形成线路护轮轨,该方法存在作业人员多、效率低、成本高等缺点。通过对Ⅲ型换铺车构造及作业方式的研究,优化传统护轮轨铺设工艺,提出铁路有砟轨道长大桥“四轨一次入槽”施工技术。对“四轨一次入槽”的换铺施工工艺进行介绍,对工艺流程的操作要点进行描述。该技术可实现护轮轨与基本轨同步换铺入槽,大幅提升作业效率、降低施工成本,可为后续施工奠定坚实基础。After the tool rails of railway line are laid,it is necessary to carry out CWR replacement track-laying construction.In the traditional construction method,the replaced old rails are disassembled,manually shifted into the rail seat and fastened to form line guard rails.This method has disadvantages such as a large number of operation personnel,low efficiency and high cost.Through the study on the structure and operation mode of TypeⅢreplacement track-laying vehicle,this paper optimizes the traditional guard rail laying process and proposes the construction technology of“placing four rails into rail seat at one time”for long railway bridge with ballasted track.This paper introduces the replacement track-laying construction process of“placing four rails into rail seat at one time”,and describes the key operation points of the process flow.This technology can realize the synchronous replacement track-laying and placement of guard rails and stock rails into the rail seat,greatly improving the operation efficiency and reducing the construction cost,and laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction.
