摘 要:在铁路信号作业中,备品备件是关系到铁路维护乃至运输安全的重要器具。生产作业过程中,备品备件管理不当或其自身性能降低引发的故障被延时处理时,将成为威胁行车安全的潜在危险因素,因此铁路部门对备品备件的维护管理非常重视。结合我国目前各铁路局集团公司电务系统对信号备品备件的管理现状,分析备品备件现行管理的缺陷,搭建一种铁路信号备品备件健康状态实时监测的系统。分别设计了模拟量与开关量的采集监测电路,给出数据离线分析逻辑与报警处置方案,为提升高速铁路工程备品备件管理水平提供参考。In railway signal operation,spare parts are important instruments related to railway maintenance and even transportation safety.In the process of production and operation,when the failure caused by improper management of spare parts or their own performance degradation is handled with delay,it will become a potential risk factor threatening train operation safety.Therefore,the railway sector attaches great importance to the maintenance management of spare parts.In combination with the current management status of signal spare parts in the communication&signaling systems of various railway administrations in China,this paper analyzes the defects in the current management of spare parts,builds a real-time health status monitoring system for railway signal spare parts,designs acquisition and monitoring circuits for analog quantity and switching value respectively,and gives data offline analysis logic and alarm disposal scheme,providing a reference for improving the management level of spare parts in high speed railway projects.
