摘　　要：目的了解吉林省4城市宾馆(酒店)毛巾和床单的洗涤效果(以pH值作为评价指标),为加强住宿场所卫生监督、制定住宿场所卫生监管政策提供科学依据。方法2016—2021年,对吉林省4城市抽取的200家宾馆(酒店)1768份毛巾样品和600份床单样品进行pH值检测,运用秩和检验和χ^(2)检验分别进行pH结果和率的比较。结果2016—2021年,吉林省4城市200家宾馆(酒店)中毛巾和床单的pH值总体达标率分别为80.49%和49.33%,pH值中位数分别为7.8和8.5。毛巾pH值达标率呈逐年波动上升趋势(χ^(2)趋势=836.15,P<0.001),三星级以下宾馆(酒店)毛巾pH值达标率最低(72.65%),非外单位洗涤、一天内一客一换的宾馆(酒店)毛巾pH值达标率较高(分别为85.16%、99.86%)。非外单位洗涤、一客一换、进行公共场所量化分级的宾馆(酒店)床单pH值达标率较高(分别为62.22%、50.79%、52.28%)。结论吉林省4城市宾馆(酒店)毛巾和床单pH值总体偏碱性,毛巾洗涤效果相对较好,床单洗涤效果还有待提高,建议加强对宾馆(酒店)毛巾和床单的监测和监管,规范管理洗涤行业。Objective To evaluate the washing quality of towels and bed sheets in 200 hotels located in four cities of Jilin,China using pH value as an indicator,and to provide a scientific basis for strengthening the hygienic supervision of hotels and formulating health supervision policy of hotels.Methods The pH values were measured for 1768 towel samples and 600 bed sheet samples from 200 hotels in four cities of Jilin during 2016—2021.The pH values and qualified rates of towels and bed sheets were analyzed using the rank sum test andχ^(2) test.Results During 2016—2021,the overall qualified rate of towels and bed sheets in these hotels was 80.49%and 49.33%,respectively.The median pH value was 7.8 and 8.5,respectively.There was an overall increase in the qualified rate of towels during these years(χ^(2) trend=836.15,P<0.001).Hotels ranking below three stars showed the lowest qualified rates of towels(72.65%).Hotels that did not do the washing by third party cleaning companies and those that changed the towels between guests during a day showed relatively high qualified rates of towels(85.16%and 99.86%,respectively).Moreover,hotels that did not do the washing by third party cleaning companies,changed the bed sheets between guests,and quantitatively classified of public areas showed relatively high qualified rates of bed sheets(62.22%,50.79%,and 52.28%,respectively).Conclusion The pH of most towels and bed sheets in these hotels is slightly alkaline.The washing quality of towels is relatively high,while the washing quality of bed sheets needs to be improved.We recommend to strengthen the sanitary monitoring and supervision of towels and bed sheets in hotels and to regulate the washing industry.
