摘 要:微塑料作为一种新型的环境污染物广泛分布在环境中,能够通过多种途径进入人体内威胁人体健康。人体组织中微塑料检测是判断人体微塑料环境暴露的重要手段,对于评估微塑料健康影响具有重要意义。本文综述了国内外关于不同人体组织中的微塑料暴露水平、人体生物样本的前处理方法及检测技术的研究进展,旨在了解人体微塑料的内暴露水平,明确人体中微塑料研究存在的不足,为评估微塑料的健康影响提供参考。Microplastics,as a new type of environmental pollutant,are widely distributed in the environment and enter the human body through various pathways,posing a threat to human health.Detecting microplastics in human tissues is a crucial method for assessing body exposure,and has substantial implications for evaluating their impatct on health.This study reviews the progress of Chinese and international research on microplastic exposure levels in different human tissues,pre-treatment method and detection technologies for human biological samples.The aim is to determine the internal exposure level of microplastics in the human body,identify gaps in current research in humans,and provide a reference for assessing the health effects of microplastics.
