铸牢中华民族共同体意识视阈下《大瑶山团结公约》签订的经验与启示

摘　　要：《大瑶山团结公约》是中国共产党坚持以马克思主义民族理论为指导,充分尊重金秀大瑶山民族传统和社会实际,成功解决民族问题的生动样板。其签订过程体现了党对中华民族共同体建设的孜孜追求,以及党对民族工作方式方法的灵活运用与创新实践。新时代,坚持党对民族工作的全面领导、准确把握民族地区主要矛盾、加快推进民族地区现代化、培养少数民族人才与构建新时代“四个特别”干部队伍、创新民族工作的载体与形式,是实现“有形、有感、有效”铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要举措。Dayaoshan Unity Compact is a vivid example of successfully resolving ethnic issues under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),by persistently localizing Marxist ethnic theory,and fully respecting ethnic traditions and social reality.The process of signing the pact reflects the CPC’s relentless pursuit of building Chinese Nation Community,and its flexible application and innovative practice of ethnic work methods.In the new era,we must adhere to the CPC’s overall leadership over ethnic work;accurately grasp the principal contradiction in ethnic areas and accelerate the modernization of ethnic areas;cultivate talents from ethnic minorities and build a cadre team with the“four special qualities”in the new era,and innovate the carriers and forms of ethnic work.These are important measures to achieve the consolidation of the sense of Chinese Nation Community in a“visible,tangible,and effective”manner.
