摘 要:为探讨味精废液对玉米发芽及幼苗生理特性的影响效果,本试验以玉米郑单958为试材,通过纸上发芽及盆栽试验,研究不同稀释倍数的味精废液(清水CK、原液、500倍、1000倍、1500倍、2000倍、2500倍)对玉米发芽率、芽长、根长及幼苗生长指标(株高、茎粗、根长、叶面积)和生理指标(可溶性蛋白、硝酸盐、叶绿素、总糖、还原糖)的影响。结果表明:未经稀释的味精废液原液对玉米种子的发芽有显著的抑制作用,而适当稀释倍数的味精废液能够提高玉米的发芽率,利于种子胚根及芽的伸长,促进玉米苗期根系和植株的生长,降低硝酸盐的含量,同时增加可溶性蛋白含量,但对玉米叶绿素、总糖和还原糖含量无明显影响。可见,味精废液含有植物生长所需的多种营养成分,施用在玉米上能够促进玉米幼苗的养分积累,促进植株的生长,具有较好的开发和应用前景。In order to explore the effect of monosodium glutamate(MSG)waste liquid on maize germination and seedling physiological characteristics.In this experiment,maize Zhengdan 958 was used as the test material.Through the paper germination and pot experiment,it was studied that different dilutions of monosodium glutamate waste liquid have an effect on the germination rate,bud length,root length,seedling growth index and physiological index of maize.Among them,the dilution multiples are divided into clear water CK,stock solution,500 times,1000 times,1500 times,2000 times and 2500 times.The seedling growth indexes included plant height,stem diameter,root length and leaf area.Physiological indexes included soluble protein,nitrate,chlorophyll,total sugar and reducing sugar.The results showed that the undiluted monosodium glutamate waste liquid had a significant inhibitory effect on the germination of maize seeds,while the appropriate dilution of monosodium glutamate waste liquid could promote the germination of maize,which was conducive to the elongation of seed radicle and bud,and promoted the growth of maize seedling roots and plants.The content of nitrate was reduced,and the content of soluble protein was increased,but there was no significant effect on the content of chlorophyll,total sugar and reducing sugar in maize.It can be seen that monosodium glutamate waste liquid contains a variety of nutrients required for plant growth.The application of monosodium glutamate waste liquid on corn can promote the nutrient accumulation of corn seedlings and promote the growth of plants,which has a good development and application prospect.
