摘 要:农村人力资源作为推动农村经济社会发展的关键因素,其发展程度直接影响到城乡一体化进程和乡村振兴战略的成效。本研究阐述城乡统筹发展与农村人力资源开发之间的理论基础与内在联系,强调了两者相互促进的重要性。详细分析农村人力资源开发中存在的五大主要问题,并进一步剖析背后的原因,提出了四项优化措施:即平衡城乡发展投入、教育资源向农村倾斜、大力扶持农村特色产业、完善农村社保体系,全面提升农村人力资源质量,促进农村经济社会可持续发展,为实现城乡统筹发展目标奠定坚实基础。Rural human resources,as a key factor in promoting rural economic and social development,have a direct impact on the progress of urban-rural integration and the effectiveness of rural revitalization strategies.This study elucidates the theoretical basis and intrinsic connection between the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and the development of rural human resources,emphasizing the importance of mutual promotion between the two.Detailed analysis of the five main problems in rural human resource development,and further analysis of the underlying reasons,four optimization measures are proposed:balancing urban-rural development investment,tilting educational resources towards rural areas,vigorously supporting rural characteristic industries,and improving the rural social security system,in order to comprehensively improve the quality of rural human resources,promote sustainable development of rural economy and society,and lay a solid foundation for achieving the goal of coordinated urban-rural development.
