摘　　要：目的探讨放射诊断报告的审核时长对医生工作负荷的评价价值。方法采用SQL Server 2019回顾性分析华西医院2019年1月至2021年12月的报告审核时长。结果本研究纳入1802829份CT/MR诊断报告的审核记录。神经肌骨组,脑肿瘤MR多序列成像的审核时长最长,中位数为10.72 min;腰椎或髋关节骨密度测量的审核时长最短,中位数为1.42 min。心胸组,MR胸部血管增强扫描的审核时长最长,中位数为9.22 min;CT冠状动脉钙化积分普通扫描的审核时长最短,中位数为2.20 min。腹部组,肝胆特异性对比剂增强MRI的审核时长最长,中位数为11.03 min;CT平扫的审核时长最短,中位数为2.00 min。结论诊断报告审核时长有望成为医生工作量分配和工作负荷评估的量化依据,使诊断环节管理精细化。Objective:To explore the value of the time required to review radiological diagnostic reports in assessing doctors'workload.Method:SQL Server 2019 was used to retrospectively analyze the report review time of West China Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021.Result:Review records of 1,802,829 CT/MR Diagnostic reports were included in this study.In the neuro-musculo-skeletal group,the review time of the brain tumor multi-sequence MRI was the longest,with a median of 10.72 min.Bone density measurement of the lumbar spine or hip joint had the shortest review time,with a median of 1.42 min.In the cardiothoracic group,the report review time of chest contrast-enhanced MR angiography was the longest,with a median of 9.22 min.The review time of CT coronary artery calcification score routine scan was the shortest,with a median of 2.20 min.In the abdominal group,the review time of hepatobiliary contrast-enhanced MRI was the longest,with a median of 11.03 min.The median review time of unenhanced CT scan was the shortest,with a median of 2.00 min.Conclusion:The review time of diagnostic reports is expected to become a quantitative reference for doctors'workload allocation and workload assessment,making the management of the diagnostic process more refined.
