摘 要:为研究不同盐度对刀鲚(Coilia nasus)幼鱼免疫酶活性和肠道菌群的影响,以人工繁育的刀鲚幼鱼为试验对象,设4个盐度(0、10‰、20‰、30‰)处理组。结果表明:随着盐度的升高,刀鲚幼鱼鳃组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性先降低后升高,10‰盐度时达到最低;而肝脏组织两种酶的活性先升高后降低,20‰盐度时达到最高;随着盐度的增加,幼鱼肠道菌群中普雷沃氏菌属(Prevotella)、栖粪杆菌属(Faecalibacterium)等的比例逐渐增加,柯林斯菌属(Collinsella)、芽殖菌属A类菌群(Gemmiger_A)等的比例逐渐减少。以上研究表明,盐度可以影响刀鲚幼鱼的SOD和CAT酶活性及肠道微生物群落的变化。In order to study the effects of different salinities on the immunoenzyme activity and intestinal flora of juvenile Coilia nasus,four groups with different salinity(0,10‰,20‰,30‰)were set up for artificially bred juvenile C.nasus.The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in gill tissue of the fish decreased first and then increased with the increase of salinity,and reached the lowest level at 10‰salinity.The activity of the two enzymes in liver tissue increased first and then decreased,and reached the highest level at 20‰salinity.With the increase of salinity,the proportion of Prevotella and Faecali bacterium in gut microbiota of the fish increased gradually,while the proportion of Collinsella and Gemmiger_A decreased gradually.The results indicated that salinity can affect the SOD and CAT enzyme activities of juvenile C.nasus and its intestinal microbial community.
