摘  要:亚甲基蓝分光光度法是测定硫化物的经典方法,目前采用该原理的现行标准在显色条件和测量条件方面存在差异。为解决这一差异,试验探究了显色剂加入方式、显色剂用量、显色温度、显色时间、测定波长和比色皿宽度对测定的影响。结果表明:将样品定容后加入显色剂,可减少液上空间对测定的影响;显色剂用量为10 mL时,各质量浓度点的吸光度更高;应严格保证实际样品与标准样品的显色温度,宜控制在20℃左右;显色10 min后即可进行比色,宜在3 h内完成比色;选择665 nm作为测定波长具有更好的分辨率;测定低浓度样品时,选用30 mm量程比色皿可有效提高测量精度。The methylene blue spectrophotometric method is a classic method for determining sulfides,but the current standards that use this principle have differences in color development and measurement conditions.To address this difference,experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of the method of adding color reagents,the amount of color reagents used,the color temperature,the color time,the measurement wavelength,and the width of the colorimetric dish on the measurement.The results showed that adding a color reagent after the sample was made to volume can reduce the influence of liquid space on the measurement.When the amount of color developer used is 10 mL,the absorbance at each concentration point is higher.The color development temperature between the actual sample and the standard sample should be strictly ensured,and should be controlled at around 20℃.After 10 minutes of color development,color comparison can be carried out,and it is recommended to complete the comparison within 3 hours;Choosing 665 nm as the measurement wavelength has better resolution.When measuring low concentration samples,using a 30 mm range colorimetric dish can effectively improve measurement accuracy.
