摘  要:为准确测定甲霜灵和精甲霜灵产品中相关杂质2,6-二甲基苯胺,建立了高效液相色谱分析方法。该方法以乙腈和磷酸缓冲溶液为流动相,使用C18柱分离,二极管阵列检测器(232 nm)检测,对11%精甲·咯·嘧菌种子处理悬浮剂中2,6-二甲基苯胺进行定量分析。结果表明,在质量浓度50.90~407.17 mg/L,方法的线性相关系数为0.99958,相对标准偏差为3.7%,定量限为2.08 mg/kg,平均添加回收率为104%。该方法分离效果好,具有较好的精密度和准确度。A method for determination of related impurity 2,6-dimethylaniline in metalaxyl and metalaxyl-M was developed by HPLC.Using acetonitrile and phosphate buffer solution as mobile phase,2,6-dimethylaniline in metalaxyl-M·fludioxonil·azoxystrobin 11%FS was separated by a column packed with C18 and determined by DAD at 232 nm wavelength.The analytical method showed good linear relationship between 50.90 to 407.17 mg/L,with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.99958.The relative standard deviation was 3.7%,the limit of quantificationtion(LOQ)was 2.08 mg/kg and the mean recovery was 104%.The developed method showed good separation,precision and accuracy.
