摘　　要：研究建立一种基于QuEChERS-高效液相色谱串联质谱定量测定豇豆中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和灭蝇胺残留量的方法。豇豆中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、灭蝇胺残留分别经乙腈、乙腈(含1%氨水)溶液振荡提取,PSA和C18净化,高效液相色谱串联质谱联用仪检测,外标法定量。试验结果表明,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和灭蝇胺基质标准曲线表现出良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.99。甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、灭蝇胺在豇豆中的平均添加回收率分别为82%~108%、79%~105%,相对标准偏差分别为1.3%~2.5%、2.3%~4.6%;方法定量限为0.01 mg/kg。该方法操作简便,耗时短,选择性良好,灵敏度高,适用于豇豆中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和灭蝇胺的残留检测。A method for quantitative analysis of the residues of emamectin benzoate and cyromazine in cowpea was established based on QuEChERS-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The residues of emamectin benzoate and cyromazine in cowpea were extracted by acetonitrile and acetonitrile(containing 1%ammonia)solution,purified by PSA and C18,detected by HPLC-MS/MS,and quantified by external standard method.The standard curves of emamectin benzoate and cyromazine showed good linear relationships with the correlation coefficients more than 0.99.The average recoveries of emamectin benzoate and cyromazine in cowpea were 82%-108%and 79%-105%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 1.3%-2.5%and 2.3%-4.6%.The limit of quantitation(LOQ)of the method was 0.01 mg/kg.The developed methods exhibited some advantages of simplicity,rapidity,high sensitivity,and was suitable for the detection emamectin benzoate and cyromazine residues in cowpeas.
