摘  要:大国重器关键核心技术突破是中国特有的一类重大创新活动,企业如何通过管理其组织边界的演化,克服国际技术封锁和开放式创新“悖论”的双重冲击、优化重大创新活动的组织机制、统筹强化关键核心技术攻关是实现高水平科技自立自强的重要内容,也是亟待突破的重大理论问题。围绕东方电气集团G50重型燃气轮机研制的实践,本文从过程机制和机理逻辑两个维度构建了理论模型,打开了企业通过管理边界演化实现大国重器关键核心技术突破的全过程逻辑黑箱,从边界渗透维度为大国重器领域的企业厘清了通过管理边界演化实现关键核心技术突破的机理逻辑。本文从大国重器关键核心技术突破的视角发展了组织边界理论,从组织边界的微观层面推进了大国重器关键核心技术突破的前沿研究,也为大国重器领域的企业管理组织边界演化、提升关键核心技术创新能力的建构提供了重要的理论指导,对中国式创新管理理论亦有启示。At present,enterprises in The Pillars of a Great Power sector are facing two prominent contradictions in the process of achieving breakthroughs in key core technologies.First,while these enterprises must mobilize external innovation resources to compensate for their relatively weak internal innovation resource base,their open innovation efforts are constrained by international technology blockades.Second,as these technologies are characterized by diverse modules,complex systems,and urgent time frames,enterprises need to foster broader and closer cross-boundary collaborations with external innovation entities.However,when collaborating with these entities,they encounter the“paradox of open innovation”.The challenge for the former lie in resolving the issue of“creating something out of nothing”,whereas the challenge for the latter involves leveraging the advantages of inter-organizational cooperation while mitigating risks such as knowledge leakage.Existing scholarly research has explored how Chinese enterprises have addressed“creating something out of nothing”to overcome technological blockades and achieve technological catch-up in key fields such as high-speed rail,shield tunneling machines,the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System,commercial aircraft,ultra-high voltage transmission systems,and heavy-duty gas turbines.However,few studies have examined how enterprises in the The Pillars of a Great Power sector simultaneously address“creating something out of nothing”and manage the“paradox of open innovation”from a micro-level perspective.To address these questions,this paper adopts a theoretical perspective based on four types of organizational boundary integration,selecting one of the most representative examples of The Pillars of a Great Power:the G50 heavy-duty gas turbine developed by Dongfang Electric Corporation:as the research object.(1)The heavy-duty gas turbine,hailed as the“crown jewel”of manufacturing,is characterized by its high technical difficulty,long development cycle,and restr
