摘 要:研究基于采用低驼峰式出水流道的颍上站的基本参数,通过增加流道宽度方向尺寸、减少圆变方段渐变长度的方法进行出水流道设计优化得到三种方案,并采用了Standard k-ε湍流模型对出水流道进行三维流动数值计算。三种方案在设计流量时的水力损失分别为0.285,0.241,0.227 m,其中方案三水流转向有序、扩散平缓,主流偏向区域的旋涡区范围最小,可为同类型泵站出水流道的优化设计提供参考。Based on the basic parameters of the Yingshang station,the paper focused on the low-camelback-type water discharge channel.Three optimization designs for the discharge channel were obtained by increasing the channel width dimension and reducing the length of the transition section from circular to square.The Standard k-ε turbulence model was used to perform three-dimensional flow numerical calculations on the discharge channel.The hydraulic losses for the three schemes at the design flow rate were 0.285,0.241,and 0.227 m,respectively.Among them,Scheme 3 has a well-ordered flow direction,smooth diffusion,and the smallest vortex zone in the mainstream deflection area,which can provide a reference for the optimization design of discharge channels for similar pump stations.
