黄河流域绿色物流与绿色经济协调发展的驱动因素

摘　　要：黄河流域各省份以能源化工、原材料、农牧业等为主的产业结构使得绿色经济和绿色物流的发展空间受限。在黄河流域的生态保护和高质量发展国家战略以及“双碳”目标提出的背景下,需要开展黄河流域绿色物流与绿色经济协调发展研究,以提高黄河流域生态环境质量。为此,基于黄河流域9个省份2010—2021年的面板数据,综合采用熵权法、耦合协调度模型、核密度估计分析绿色物流与绿色经济协调发展的实际情况;同时,利用地理探测器模型从科技成果、科技投入、金融水平、信息化水平和政府支持5个方面识别其驱动因素。结果发现:黄河流域绿色物流与绿色经济的耦合协调度均值稳步提高;协调程度随着时间的推移而逐步向高协调区集聚,协调程度大体居于中度失调到初级协调范围之间;协调发展水平受到科技成果、科技投入、金融水平、信息化水平和政府支持5个主要因素的影响,其中对空间分异起作用的主导因子是信息化水平、科技成果和金融水平。基于此,建议黄河流域内各省份牢固树立系统观念,坚持因地制宜,发挥比较优势,加快创新成果的应用转化,不断提高物流企业的信息化水平。The industrial structure of the provinces in the Yellow River Basin,which is dominated by energy,chemical industry,raw materials,agriculture and animal husbandry,limits the development space of green economy and green logistics.In addition,there are great differences in spatial distribution such as geographical location,resource conditions and development level,so that the coordinated development level of green logistics and green economy varies across these regions.Under the background of the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin and the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,it is necessary to carry out the coordinated development of green logistics and green economy in the Yellow River Basin to improve its ecological environment quality.Therefore,based on the panel data of nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2021,the entropy weight method,coupling coordination degree model,and kernel density estimation are used to analyze the coordinated development of green logistics and green economy.Additionally,the geographic detector model is used to identify the driving factors from five aspects of scientific and technological achievements,scientific and technological investment,financial level,informatization level,and government support.The results show that the mean value of the coupling coordination degree between green logistics and green economy in the Yellow River Basin increases steadily,and the coordination degree gradually converged towards the high coordination area over time,generally ranging from moderate misalignment to initial coordination,while the level of coordinated development is affected by five main factors:scientific and technological achievements,scientific and technological investment,financial level,informatization level,and government support,among which informatization level,scientific and technological achievements and financial level are the leading factors of spatial differentiation.Based on this,it is suggest
