摘　　要：中国职务科技成果赋权改革将科研机构、高等院校等单位依法取得的职务科技成果的使用、转让、收益等权利全部或部分赋予科技成果完成人(科研人员),但学界对职务科技成果赋权改革相关研究的热点和动态梳理鲜见报道。为此,通过对2014年1月至2023年12月中国知网期刊数据库中职务科技成果赋权改革相关文献的文献计量分析,并采用对数似然算法进行聚类分析,以系统梳理该领域的研究现状和趋势。结果发现:研究期间有关研究发文量呈上升趋势,3个快速增长节点分别落于2017年、2020年和2023年;“科技成果转移转化”“混合所有制”“职务发明”“高校”“科技成果”等关键词的出现频次较高,即这些领域的研究热度较高;有关研究主要聚焦于职务科技成果赋权改革问题分析与实践探索、法律与制度视角的科技成果归属分析、职务科技成果权属混合所有制改革以及高校科技成果权属改革4个主题。当前有关赋权改革研究存在不足之处,如前瞻性有限、对本地情况分析较少等问题,未来研究要更多关注改革实践实施细节、法律制度创新及改革建议等。China's reform on the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements grants scientific researchers-those responsible for completing such achievements-all or part of the rights to use,transfer,and benefit from these achievements,which are lawfully obtained by research institutes,universities,and other institutions.Scholars have carried out relevant research work based on this,but the research on hot spots and dynamics related to the reform on the empowerment of scientific and technological achievements are relatively scarce.To this end,the bibliometric analysis of the literature related to the reform on the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 2014 to December 2023 is adopted.Using the cluster analysis and the log-likelihood algorithm,the current status and trend of the research in this field is systematically sorted out.The results indicate that the number of relevant research publications increased steadily over the study period,with notable surges observed in 2017,2020,and 2023.The keywords"transfer and commercialization of scientific achievements""mixed ownership""job-related inventions""higher education institutions"and"scientific achievements"appeared frequently,indicating a high level of research activity in these areas.The research primarily focuses on four themes:analysis and practical exploration of the empowerment reform of job-related scientific and technological achievements,analysis of the ownership of scientific and technological achievements from the perspectives of law and institutional frameworks,mixed ownership reforms of the rights to job-related scientific and technological achievements and reforms in the ownership of scientific achievements in universities.However,current research on empowerment reform has several limitations,such as limited foresight and a lack of analysis on local conditions.Future research should pay more attention to the practical implementation
