摘　　要：建筑劳务企业作为建筑业产业链的重要环节,其数字化转型对推动整个行业高质量发展具有重要意义。基于建筑劳务企业发展现状,分析了其在数字化转型过程中面临的挑战与机遇,探讨了建筑劳务产业互联网平台的定义与内涵,构建了数据驱动下的建筑劳务产业互联网平台生态模型。研究引入数据因素,对传统“技术-组织-环境(TOE)”分析框架进行改进,提出TOED分析框架,从技术、组织、环境、数据4个维度系统性地剖析了建筑劳务企业平台转型与数字科技创新的关键驱动因素。在此基础上,提出建筑劳务企业数字科技创新机制搭建的关键策略:一是引进新一代信息技术解决行业痛点问题;二是从组织层面落实转型变革战略;三是把握政策导向共建数字基础设施;四是构建大数据能力培育新型服务模式。最后,选取一企业典范案例进行实践验证,为建筑劳务企业的数字化平台转型提供理论和实践参考。Construction labor service enterprises are a crucial link in the construction industry chain,and their digital transformation holds significant importance for promoting high-quality development across the entire industry.Based on the current state of construction labor enterprises,this paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities they face in digital transformation,explores the definition and connotations of construction labor industry internet platforms,and constructs a data-driven ecological model for these platforms.The research introduces the data factor to improve the traditional technology-organization-environment(TOE)analytical framework,proposing a TOED framework that systematically analyzes the key drivers of platform transformation and digital technology innovation in construction labor enterprises from four dimensions:technology,organization,environment,and data.Building on this foundation,the paper proposes key strategies for establishing digital technology innovation mechanisms in construction labor enterprises:first,introducing new-generation information technology to address industry pain points;second,implementing transformation and reform strategies at the organizational level;third,following policy guidance to jointly build digital infrastructure;and fourth,developing big data capabilities to nurture new service models.Finally,the paper selects an exemplary enterprise case study for practical validation,providing theoretical and practical reference for the digital platform transformation of construction labor enterprises.
