摘  要:为进行规模种猪场地方种猪猪伪狂犬病(PR)净化,本课题组于2017年5月-2019年10月,应用《规模化猪场猪瘟和猪伪狂犬病净化方案》对贵州省凯里市宏大黑毛种猪场进行PR净化试验,检测不同净化阶段种公猪、母猪、仔猪和育肥猪猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)gE抗体和母猪PRV gB抗体变化,应用实时荧光PCR检测流产胎儿样品中的PRV,对净化前后生产母猪配种受胎率、分娩率、平均产活仔数、仔猪初生重和哺乳仔猪发病率进行对比分析。结果显示,宏大种猪场净化前PRV野毒感染gE抗体阳性率为19.77%,经净化后阳性率为0;实施净化后,PRV gB抗体合格率从61.74%(2017年8月)逐步上升,到2017年12月,除后备母猪抗体合格率(69.59%)略低于农业农村部规定(70%)外,其他阶段母猪抗体合格率均高于70%,到2022年4月,种猪场母猪gB抗体合格率维持在95%以上;流产胎儿的PRV检测结果均为阳性;与净化前相比,净化后母猪配种受胎率提高7.2%,分娩率提高4.2%,平均产活仔数增加0.6头,哺乳仔猪发病率降低5.8%,新生仔猪平均增重0.14 kg,提高了该场的生产效益。结果表明,《规模化猪场猪瘟和猪伪狂犬病净化方案》具有一定的可行性和实用性,值得借鉴推广。In order to purify pseudorabies(PR)in a local breeding pig farm,our research team conducted a PR eradication trial from May 2017 to October 2019 at the Hongda Black Pig Farm in Kaili City,Guizhou Province,following the"Purification Plan for Swine Fever and Pseudorabies in Large-Scale Pig Farms".The changes in pseudorabies virus(PRV)gE antibodies of breeding boars,sows,piglets,and fattening pigs,as well as PRV gB antibodies in sows,were detected at different purification stages.Realtime fluorescence PCR was used to detect PRV in samples from aborted fetuses.The conception rate of mating,delivery rate,average number of live piglets,piglet birth weight,and morbidity of suckling piglets were compared before and after the purification process.The results showed that prior to purification,the positive rate of PRV wild-type gE antibody in the Hongda farm was 19.77%,which dropped to 0%after purification.After implementing the purification program,the qualified rate of PRV gB antibodies gradually increased from 61.74%(August 2017)and reached over 70%in most stages by December 2017,except for replacement sows(69.59%),which was slightly below the 70%standard set by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.By April 2022,the gB antibody qualification rate for sows remained above 95%.All PRV tests on aborted fetuses were positive.Compared with pre-purification results,after the purification,the sow conception rate of mating increased by 7.2%,delivery rate increased by 4.2%,average number of live piglets increased by 0.6,morbidity of suckling piglets decreased by 5.8%,average weight gain of newborn piglets increased by 0.14 kg.This improved the farm's production efficiency.The results indicate that the"Purification Plan for Swine Fever and Pseudorabies in Large-Scale Pig Farms"is feasible and practical,and should be considered for further promotion.
