摘  要:鸡皮刺螨是一种对家禽养殖业危害极大的体外寄生虫,给各国养鸡业造成了巨大经济损失。通过疫苗防控鸡皮刺螨是一种高效、绿色的新型防控方法。在鸡皮刺螨疫苗研发中,人工饲血方法在稳定提供螨虫样品和疫苗效果评估等工作中具有关键作用。本文详细介绍了国内外现有的两类人工饲血方法——离体血液饲喂法和活体饲血法的研究进展和局限性,并介绍了各种饲血方法在鸡皮刺螨疫苗研发中的应用,希望为鸡皮刺螨人工饲血方法的完善和相关疫苗的研发提供参考。Dermanyssus gallinae(D.gallinae)is a significant ectoparasite that causes considerable harm to the poultry industry,resulting in substantial economic losses worldwide.Vaccination as a method to control D.gallinae represents an efficient and environmentally friendly approach.In the development of vaccines for this ectoparasite,artificial blood-feeding methods play a crucial role in consistently providing mite samples and evaluating vaccine efficacy.This article provides a detailed overview of the existing artificial blood-feeding methods—ex vivo blood-feeding and in vivo blood-feeding—highlighting their research progress and limitations.Additionally,the application of these blood-feeding methods in the development of vaccines for D.gallinae is discussed,aiming to provide insights for the improvement of artificial blood-feeding techniques and the development of related vaccines.
