摘　　要：本文综述了猪瘟活疫苗、猪瘟E2亚单位疫苗和重组病毒活载体疫苗的发展历程和免疫保护研究进展,比较分析了常用的猪瘟活疫苗和猪瘟E2亚单位疫苗的免疫保护效力、影响因素和缺陷,明确了未来猪瘟疫苗研发及猪瘟防控和净化的研究方向。This paper reviews the development history and research progress on immune protection mechanisms of classical swine fever(CSF)live vaccines,CSF E2 subunit vaccines,and recombinant viral live vector vaccines.It provides a comparative analysis of the immune protection efficacy,influencing factors,and limitations of commonly used CSF live vaccines and CSF E2 subunit vaccines,clarifying the future research directions for CSF vaccine development,as well as CSF prevention,control,and eradication.
