摘　　要：肺动脉狭窄是犬常见的先天性心脏病之一,治疗方法以手术为主。1例3岁的法国斗牛犬因精神状态差和运动不耐受等症状就诊,影像学检查显示患犬右心增大,室壁增厚,肺动脉瓣形态异常,肺动脉瓣瓣环形态正常,肺动脉峰值流速显著升高;结合体格检查、实验室检查和影像学检查结果,确诊患犬为重度肺动脉狭窄,伴右心充血性心力衰竭。采用球囊肺动脉瓣膜成形术(BPV)对患犬进行治疗,术后即刻、1年和2年随访显示预后良好。本病例的分享可为BPV在兽医临床上治疗犬先天性肺动脉狭窄的应用提供参考。Pulmonic stenosis is one of the most common congenital heart diseases in dogs,with surgery being the primary treatment approach.A 3-year-old French Bulldog presented with poor mental state and exercise intolerance.Imaging revealed right heart enlargement,ventricular wall thickening,abnormal pulmonary valve morphology,normal pulmonary valve annulus,and significantly increased pulmonary artery peak velocity.Based on physical examination,laboratory tests,and imaging results,the dog was diagnosed with severe pulmonic stenosis and right-sided congestive heart failure.The dog was treated with balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty(BPV).Immediate post-surgery,1-year,and 2-year follow-ups indicated favorable outcomes.This case provides a reference for the application of BPV in the veterinary treatment of canine congenital pulmonic stenosis.
