摘　　要：水合髓核脱出(HNPE)是临床上罕见的一种能够导致犬猫急性瘫痪的新型椎间盘疾病。HNPE具有与传统椎间盘疾病不同的病理生理基础、临床特点和影像特征。磁共振成像(MRI)是诊断HNPE的首选方法。HNPE病患虽然临床症状表现严重,但无论采取保守治疗还是手术治疗,预后均较为良好。笔者接诊了1例急性瘫痪的患犬,结合病史、体格检查、实验室检查和影像学检查,确诊为典型的HNPE。通过手术和后续治疗(包括常规输液、给予抗生素、疼痛管理和理疗),最终患犬康复。本文对该病例诊治过程进行解读,以期为犬颈椎间盘HNPE的诊疗提供参考。Hydrated nucleus pulposus extrusion(HNPE)is a rare and novel intervertebral disc disease in dogs and cats,which can lead to acute paralysis.HNPE has different pathophysiological bases,clinical features,and imaging characteristics compared to traditional intervertebral disc diseases.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is the preferred diagnostic method for HNPE.Although the clinical symptoms of HNPE are severe,the prognosis is generally favorable,whether conservative or surgical treatment is applied.The author treated a dog with acute paralysis and,through a combination of medical history,physical examination,laboratory tests,and imaging,diagnosed it as a typical case of HNPE.The dog recovered after surgery and subsequent treatments,including routine fluid therapy,antibiotics,pain management,and physiotherapy.This report details the diagnostic and therapeutic process of this case,aiming to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of canine cervical intervertebral disc HNPE.
