摘 要:为建设杭州桐庐无规定马属动物疫病区,掌握无疫区内虫媒生物的种群构成、分布和特点,全面评估虫媒传播马属动物疫病病原的风险,本调查于2020—2022年通过对相关区域的虫媒分布数量和种类及其分布情况开展调查研究,并对所采集虫媒相关马属动物疫病病原进行实验室检测。结果显示,无疫区内存在一定数量和种类的蚊、蠓、蝇、虻、蜱和螨,其所涉及的马传染性贫血病毒(EIAV)、水泡性口炎病毒(VSV)、日本脑炎病毒(JEV)、西尼罗热病毒(WNV)、马脑脊髓炎病毒(EEV)(东方型和西方型)、委内瑞拉马脑脊髓炎病毒(VEEV)、非洲马瘟病毒(AHSV)、马梨形虫(EP)(泰勒虫和弩巴贝斯虫)和伊氏锥虫的检测结果均为阴性。依据上述调查和实验室检测结果,对虫媒传播相关马属动物疫病病原开展分析,认为无疫区内虫媒传播相关马属动物疫病病原的风险很低,结合环境消杀等针对性综合防控措施,为杭州第19届亚运会马术项目的开展提供保障。To establish the Equine Disease-Free Zone of Tonglu,Hangzhou,and to understand the population composition,distribution,and characteristics of mosquito-borne organisms in the disease-free zone,this study comprehensively evaluates the risk of vector-borne transmission of equine infectious pathogens.From 2020 to 2022,the study investigated the distribution,quantity,and species of mosquito-borne organisms in the region and conducted laboratory testing on the collected mosquito-borne pathogens associated with equine diseases.The results showed that a certain number and variety of Culicidae,Ceratopogonidae,Muscidae,Tabanidae,Ixodidae and Tetranychidae were present in the disease-free zone,but all laboratory tests for equine infectious anemia virus(EIAV),vesicular stomatitis virus(VSV),Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV),West Nile virus(WNV),equine encephalomyelitis virus(EEV,both Eastern and Western strains),Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus(VEEV),African horse sickness virus(AHSV),Equine Piroplasmosis(EP,including Theileria equi and Babesia caballi),and Trypanosoma evansi(Surra)were negative.Based on these survey and laboratory results,an analysis was conducted on the risk of mosquito-borne transmission of equine infectious pathogens.The risk in the disease-free zone was found to be very low.Combined with targeted integrated control measures such as environmental disinfection,the results provide assurance for the equestrian events at the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou.
