摘 要:目的基于燥湿健脾、祛风散寒的传统功效,比较吉林产区的苍术野生品与栽培品的药效学差异。方法采用醋酸致小鼠扭体实验、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验、小鼠肉芽肿实验、小鼠小肠推进实验及HCl(0.6 mol·L^(-1))致大鼠胃溃疡实验,分别比较苍术野生品与栽培品在镇痛、抗炎、肠推进和抗胃溃疡等方面的作用。苍术水煎液灌胃的小鼠低、中、高剂量为1.5、3、6 g·kg^(-1),大鼠低、中、高剂量为1、2、4 g·kg^(-1)。结果与模型组比较,野生苍术高剂量组及栽培苍术中、高剂量组小鼠的扭体次数均明显减少,镇痛率显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),耳肿胀质量明显降低,抑制率显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);野生、栽培苍术中、高剂量组小鼠的肉芽肿质量均明显降低,抑制率显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),墨水推进率、促进率均显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01);野生、栽培苍术中、高剂量组大鼠的溃疡面积均显著缩小,抑制率显著升高(P<0.01)。相同剂量的野生、栽培苍术的镇痛、抗炎效果及小肠推进功能、抗胃溃疡作用均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论吉林产区的野生和栽培苍术在镇痛、抗炎、肠推进及抗胃溃疡等方面均有明显作用,且相同剂量的野生、栽培苍术的药效无明显差异。Objective To compare the pharmacodynamic differences between wild and cultivated Atractylodes chinensis from Jilin based on the traditional efficacy of invigorating the spleen and removing dampness,and dispeling wind and cold.Methods The analgesic effects of wild and cultivated Atractylodes chinensis were studied by acetic acid-induced body twisting method.The anti-inflammatory effects of wild and cultivated Atractylodes chinensis were studied using mice model of ear swelling induced by xylene and granuloma.The advancing distance of the ink in the small intestine of mice was calculated.The model of gastric ulcer induced by hydrochloric acid(0.6 mol·L^(-1))was established to study the therapeutic effect of wild and cultivated Atractylodes chinensis on gastric ulcer.The low-,medium-and high-doses of Atractylodes chinensis decoction administered orally to mice were 1.5,3,6 g·kg^(-1),respectively.The rats were orally treated with low-,medium-and high-doses of Atractylodes chinensis decotciton(1,2,4 g·kg^(-1)).Results Compared with model group,the mice in high-dose of wild Atractylodes chinensis,medium-and high-doses of cultivated Atractylodes chinensis groups revealed significant reduction of the number of twisting and increasement of the analgesic rate(P<0.05,P<0.01).The degree of ear swelling was significantly reduced,and the inhibition rate was obviously increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).It was found that the size of the granulomas of mice in medium-and high-doses of wild and cultivated Atractylodes chinensis groups was significantly reduced,and the inhibition rate was obviously increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Ink propulsion rate was significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).The ulcer area of rats in in medium-and high-doses of wild and cultivated Atractylodes chinensis groups were significantly reduced,and the inhibition rate was significantly increased(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in analgesia,antiinflammation,small intestine propulsion function and anti-gastric ulcer between wild and cultivated Atractylodes chin
